Uncle And The Bitch
When Adriana called for a surgery appointment for Claire, she said, ^I am mother of Claire, ...^
Dr. Campos started calling Adriana MOM.
He said to Adriana who is assisting him, ~Mom, please move the clip to the right.~
He said to Claire, ~Uncle is going to cut you but I won~t hurt you.~
He prays briefly before starting.
31 years as a vet, Dr. Campos is an animal lover. He has treated all kinds of animals. He takes in stray animals often. We spotted some books with bookmarks on his table which means he is still studying up. He is very spontaneous and humorist guy. He uses emphasis words often.
This is Claire~s third surgery this year.
At the beginning of this year, she was diagnosed with Pyometra. Her uterus had to be removed.
Adriana realized the surgery is a difficult one and thinking to put her down.
Dr. Campos suggested to let him try. If she dies in the surgery, he would charge the same price as to put her down. If she lives, he would charge the full surgery fee. He thinks all animals deserve to live.
During the middle of this year, Claire went for cancer cells removal.
This time the surgery is successful. She slept 6 hours after surgery, We put her on a mattress. She walked over to sleep in her own box. 9 hours after surgery, she ate some ground beef and drank water. Next morning she is able to walk around, pee, but still rest often.
Today she is walking normal, barking to outside noise, begging for food, etc.
Claire is one tough bitch!
There are plenty of modern animal hospitals around with state of art facilities.
But we prefer down to earth Dr. Campos, his expertise and pricing.
