Today is a big day for Brazilians. Like in most other countries, after listening to promises every 4 years, they will cast their final votes to confirm giving up their power to a lesser evil - President.
In Brazil, voting is mandatory. One can vote VOID meaning give up the vote. Or vote for NO ONE. If miss voting, fine is R$2.00.Overseas Brazilians can vote at the embassy. They call it duty of a citizen.
In Canada, it is a right either to vote or not to vote. I never vote.
